If the EXELLENCE readout is a clear success, I wouldn't worry about the delusional bogyman theories. Instead focus on the NDA being filed and the initial response to it from the FDA and subsequent events.
If the readout is another fumble, then AF and your conspiracy theories won't matter either as nothing will keep $AVXL from tanking.
Such is biotech investing. If you can't handle it find something less risky.
