Seems they turn their Algo on which plays all kinds of manipulation based on irrespective of the buys and sells they get but unleash spoofing fake shares capping to get what it wants. Didn't we see they hire top notch MBA and Math algo writers to their staff? It is the way they do business; hope it stops soon.
