Wow, nice, awesome location to live in. You got it made. My best friend, moved to Cabo, soon after he sold his home on Los Feliz hills, soon as his grandfather passed away in the early 90's, he sold the home for 2 million dollars and soon as Obama became the President, he moved and wasn't canvassing for the Republican Party anymore. Now he is living a good life where you are at.
