A sale is a sale, regardless of price. If BYD's prices are cheaper than Tesla's, that's a GOOD THING for consumers.
How many times must I point out that not everyone can afford a Tesla, and many people simply won't buy a Muskmobile regardless of price?
Not everyone wants an iPhone, not everyone wants a Lambo, and not everyone wants a Tesla. The sooner you get that through your head the better off you'll be.

Even those with unlimited means don't all want Teslas - you don't see every billionaire driving one.
It's not like Tesla produces perfect cars and everyone else's are beneath them. No, Tesla's have had numerous recalls and dangerous mechanical failures.
Their software isn't even Level 3, despite being in the business longer than anyone.
Mercedes-Benz will be first to market with a Level 3 autonomous driving system.
