I felt the IPO wasn't done, because that can take a bit of audit time, when one partner is merely the acquisitions corp., if they don't have the cash on-hand already, which many feel they do not have it at this time, a pre-IPO audit can take forever to get passed. Thanks for clarifying that one share factor, was not quite sure how that may be implemented.
I was completely unclear about ENZC shareholder still retaining the total shares after a SAGA share distribution. I'm good now, thanks. Smart timing, depending on developments and a couple things you just wrote, is when to sell off ENZC potentially, not certain, and convert into more SAGA. or BGEN in particular.
