I didn't "miss it", just thought that line was hilarious. It's been right around 2 yrs. ago that I figured this guy out, and started just flipping it. This ending up where it's at, is of no surprise to me.
The bad part is, the day he mentioned changing certifying companies, because he wanted to get certified in the USA, that made no sense.
The US's rules allow companies to Self Certify, as long as you do it by their guidelines.
He could have been selling here, for the last 2 years.

If he doesn’t care then why does he keep this worthless pig current? Best thing for shareholders is, if this went dark dilution would stop and scammer Steve would be out the only hope for the 200+ shareholder still holding.
