Looks like there are 3 cases involving Attia at the 6th appellate district:

H048803 completed last month: the appeals court affirmed the judgment against Attia, affirmed the sanctions against Attia, and awarded costs to Helix.

H049586 and H049869 have oral arguments in a week. Absolutely no reason to expect those will go any better for Attia than the last 3 dozen rulings.
