Yes, true, but there is high risk on this one that once the news becomes big, like Clone3/7 breakthroughs to EMA approval, or the SARs cure doing the same, at that same time, PPS dilution and more than one dilution is a serious risk for all involved. That's not trying to be maudlin about this, that's just a fact. There's a lot of Share Transfer options they can do between subsidiaries and the parent corp, that could wipe the value of the shares to a loss, and make bigger, newer investors happy as all get out.
