Actually, the Google gods have decreed that if we want them to smile favorably upon us, we should change the file format for icons from png, which used to be their darling, to their new crush, webp. In the process of doing so, there was a 10-minute window where instead of a file, you got a 404 File Not Found message. Cloudflare (not so) helpfully cached it as did local browser caches. I fixed Cloudflare, but if you were unlucky enough to have pulled one of the bad ones during that 10-minute window, it has to be cleared manually. The things we do to appease the Google gods (shrug)
