Lc3ltd, never a truer question was asked. If nothing $ wise materially has become of that agreement you mentioned, after two years, what makes anyone think that something is going to show up from that agreement now. It has been over 3 months since any news was posted on the OTC Market IVDN Website plus that law suit was won by IVDN awhile back, so what is the hold up in IVDN really moving forward by now? MOO

LC3, I have no inside info. I posted the old article to show a pattern of bullsh-t coming out of Pittsburgh

The only thing I know for sure are on the financials. They tell the story, a story of failure.

Over 2 years ago IVDN won the court case. There were a rash of announcements from the company; Junior Trend, Construction Component Sales Inc, Hamshaws, Phoenix Nanotec contract with $2,000,000 yearly guarantee purchase, adding experts to the board (experts that add nothing to the company), and a successful, professional marketing company to show our CEO the way.

You can go back on this board and read all those announcements and the reactions from other posters on this board. It is very enlightening.

All these positive posts about the future. None of it came true. Why???? Because our CEO is incompetent. Why believe any announcements coming out of Pittsburgh?

Do you realize that our CEO KILLED the Arctic Armor line, the only profitable line IVDN had. ARCTIC ARMOR IS DEAD!!!!!

LC3, as a shareholder, you tried to purchase Insultex for your personal remodel. You couldn't and purchased a competitors products.

Our CEO is an egomaniac and an idiot. He has had 20 years to grow this company. He has proven to be in WAY over his head. He is paid approx $70k a year, about $65k too much. (I want a CEO that wants to earn $700k and not be satisfied with a lower middle class $70k)

Why do all the cheerleaders continue to support our CEO after all his failures? I just don't get it. After 20 years IVDN is still a "Mom and Pop" company

Our CEO is a failure. He needs to be fired.

The financials says it all. Read them, IVDN is in terrible shape and needs an infusion of money to survive.
