Shows how little you know about the law. While the decision is not binding precedent, it’s absolutely persuasive authority that is highly likely to be followed. That’s why trial attorneys attach prior court orders dealing with the same issue to motions that they have filed. This is done every single day and it’s done for a very good reason.
