With that train of thought you might as well give Satan the glory for his disobeying God in the garden and attacking the humans which started the whole reason for Christ to save us in the first place. Heck without Satan we'd probably not even have a stock market to talk about.
No we don't need to praise evil that good may come humanity was just fine before Satan threw a wrench into everything. But in God's mercy he immediately decided to restore us back to himself by the blood of his cross. For without the shedding of blood there's no remission of sins as it says in the book of Hebrews.
