Discovery will likely begin once oral arguments have been presented in November and the judge makes a final ruling on the motion to dismiss after that. The discovery phase will likely begin early next year which gives Cohen the right to records held by defendants. Outside chance by year end this year if the judge is ready to rule after hearing oral arguments which he might be after the recent case reported on by hoffman and others gets referred to. The case itself could go on for quite a while, a year or more, depending on what each side wants to do and how powerful the evidence is against the defendants. Best wishes.
