Schaefer hijacked shells and used them for a pump and dump.

Sharp hasn't done anything for the GRDO shell - he brought in 2 worthless companies - Ligand and Maverick - that shows the incompetence of Sharp.

If Sharp files a S-1 the SEC can ask questions going back 20 years. And just like GVSI Sharp won't have the answers.

Sharp is already on the SEC radar.

Remember that Sharp filed a Reg A+ and in 2022 the SEC declared it Abandoned.

Sharp has been a disaster as the CEO for all of his shells.
