Because a lot of people are going to wait until XERI signs at least one 9-figure sales agreement before they take NexBoards seriously. Their skepticism is understandable, but only up to a point.

The answer, XERI from $0.30 to $0.02 because of a Letter of Intent.

Half that LOI proposal (not a deal, never definitive) eviscerated due to Retacell gone, due to Xeriant's default on the Movychem JV.

Xeriant defaults on definitive deals anyway, too.
