Marco I agree 100% with the following of what you said,

I put a lot of stock in the quality of the person delivering the message. Dr. Lebby has been in the public eye for decades. He has over 450 patents internationally. Do you think he could get away with lies in writing these patents? He has extensive speaking history to colleagues, interacting with luminaries in the photonics and semiconductor industry. Do you think he would have that good a reputation if he was decitful? I don't and that is why when he says the tech will become "ubiquitous" I believe, at least it will be taken up widely based on reported specs to date (more to come Monday) and Dr. Lebby's integrity as a responsible leader. I believe NDAs limit what he can say and I take that into account when it comes to names of partners now. It woukld be silly to give out hints of how many NDAs there are or the size of companies under NDAs and turning it into a guessing game for shareholders and competing companies. NDAs anticipate well the information that must be held back so they are tight. That is why he can tell us about success of testing and manufacturing and being ready for commercialization and not much more until the partners under the NDA agree.

I can't see how such a man would jeopardize his legacy with a scandal based on lies about technology development.

You are using too much logic, reason and common sense (which I heard is not that common)

I always say it’s about intentions, Dr Lebby’s intention is to build even further on his legacy while some posters on this board have bad intentions, others are just frustrated and some are lost.

Those whining about losing money every single person who invests in the stock market even major Dow companies is at risk of losing money. Let alone invest in some unknown pre revenue high risk (but extremely high reward) company. Some people came in for a quick buck and when that didn’t happen they start screaming the sky is falling. The risks are there, the risks are obvious to EVERYONE but it’s the potential and timing that elude many.

Look at todays “crash” on a few thousand shares scaring the last weak hands out and back up even before the end of the day.

Everyone will see where they were standing once the dust settles down and I have a feeling that it has started to do so
