#160034 RE: Lightning_Rod #160030

Clearly we are not dealing with exclusivity clauses. That would imply that whatever information is discovered could not be utilized or applied in other places and applications. That is a different thing and clearly not what we are discussing.

You can make the case that Lightwave Logic itself does not want to disclose any of it’s particulars. They may feel competitors are too close or have information that could be very competitively damaging. That is a possibility more likely, probably, than the foundries themselves. Not allowing any sort of data to be connected to themselves (the foundries) and to be shared - that makes no sense. Otherwise, Lightwave logic could not disclose almost anything about their performance characteristics because they are a result of or connected to an NDA.

Logically, it makes zero sense to me that nothing can be divulged about the NDAs. That simply cannot be the case, or else Lightwave logic, could divulge nothing about their performance characteristics from the results of these NDA’s.
