The big difference is it I do not believe Lightwave is on the cusp of commercialization. I’m a little more encouraged than I was say 12 months ago, but not much. Wouldn’t you say that’s a pretty big difference?

My sticky shows main themes that have caused me to come to that conclusion. The fact that I pull out certain information in support of that isn’t a deceptive technique is it?

Do you think the company has used selective information/facts and omitted other information/facts to fit their agenda over the past couple of decades?

If you can’t see it both ways there’s a problem.

What is their agenda you ask?

Cashing paychecks and trying to get bought out to cash in on their options.

You could consider their inability to get bought out by a larger player a huge red flag. Those in the know aren’t buying a flawed technology that can’t be commercialized.

Exactly.

For example, in his Red Flags post he states this...

The reason Lebby did not go into detail on the foundry work is because of this quote right here, “we've had a very successful year working with the foundries. But I'm not going to go into the number of foundries like last year, because I think it's much more important now as we're much closer to commercialization.

He conveniently decided to leave out the following sentence, "We have to be a little bit more sensitive there. But if I can, I will give some public guidance when it's appropriate."

Now - I've mentioned this before, but the Belgian encore presentation was a bit more polished with this answer and here is Lebby's response about not sharing foundry details.

"I'm still very nervous about telling the competition, whether they’re semiconductor based or barium titanate or thin film lithium-based, who we're working with. And because I don't want to give them the idea - just because we've chosen a particular foundry - that they can go to the same one too. If they see that we work really well with Foundry X or Foundry Y then they may do that. And a lot of these companies are trying to figure out…you know there's 30 foundries…and all these foundries want to get into photonics because they see this as future business opportunity to run more wafers and so when we evaluate these foundries and we do our own benchmarking, I don't really want to tell everybody what we've decided. At least not right now. That doesn't mean we won't down the road when we feel it is more comfortable. We'll be talking about a lot more details about who we're working with, even to some extent the end users if it makes a lot of sense, but right now we're in this position that we just started our business and the last thing I want to do is enable the competition to catch up."

LOVELWLG, I trust you saw my answer, as well as the one refuting what KCC wrote.

LOVELWLG, when are you going to get tough again? Aren't you insulted by the lies Proto constantly tells here? He KNOWS those are lies....remember your post to me about lawyers knowing their client are guilty? HE is the one you should be calling out, not me. You can take over. I'm getting tired!

And as for the company - Didn't you say you'd call them out if they don't deliver?

Have you read the Top 3 Red Flags sticky part where I discuss the goals and how terribly Dr Lebby has failed to reach past goals? Not saying it is his fault..things happen, but AM saying his ability to predict is terrible.
