IMO, these recent PR's WERE their attempt to "run it", but they didn't really do that. Folks are only going to start real buying again, when there's meat on the bone and these PR's are not announcing new revenues or an ending to the custodial issues. Hence this has become a 20-40% flip stock.
Maybe the "end in sight" will be signaled, when he reconstitutes his company forum. But for now, that is still shut down. And I can only assume that is because of all the shares that were coming to market and the discovery that phase 3 was not "on going" as previously stated and the CEO didn't want to hear about it.
So he ran off to his retirement property, to spend more company money on improving the Company HQ. lol
