If you read the whole sentence it actually says....The Company anticipates submitting the MAA in approximately the next 30-45 days


So, IN APPROXIMATELY could mean today which is actually a MHRA deadline for submission...So I believe it was submitted today....We might not hear until it is accepted which has been previously established as to when the company would PR the event.

Acceptance can happen in the 30 to 45 day window.

They chose their words wisely, thus that is why I believe actual submission is today....unless MHRA has changed their stance on submittal deadlines. If they didn't then today is the only day that would fit.....The Company anticipates submitting the MAA in approximately the next 30-45 days
