Trust me, I understand the math and all the explanation. Not a problem.

Question I have is the statement '450 Million for 10% of the company'.

How is it 450 Million for 10% of the company? So mathematically it means the remaining 90% of the company should be for 4.05 BILLION.

Where is it specified directly or indirectly that 100% of the company is 4.5 BILLION ? That is the question.

As far as I understand it is 450 million ---- 45 M shares @ 10 /share. There is no 10% of the company associated specifically with 450 million
