Yes, maximize benefit but that is not necessarily purely financial. If they do not learn the cause directly of the shorting, then taking money won’t help later if it resumes and these parties all claim to know nothing about it. So lawyers may likely fight on if they think it will result in such illumination.

As for “even though their style of management has been criticised by many for not being as open as is the norm”, this is a common complaint for small, single product companies like this generally but especially where they are under short attack and where AF is leading the effort. I think they did reasonably well given the circumstances. Again, for those who do not know, read that Washington Post article to refresh memories or to become acquainted with what they have consistently faced, and that doesn’t even include what was done to them when they announced a successful Phase 3 or approval of the commercial manufacture license. The constant claims that things are never what in fact they are, has led them to simply move forward without a lot of fanfare. And when they have made big announcements, they are attacked and blamed no matter how great the news, and the story is reported always as the opposite of the obvious meaning.

It is still happening with everyone from AF to our usual suspects here claiming the vaccine is not the actual vaccine, which is ludicrous. But this kind of flat out lying has worked because it confuses observers who do not take the time to learn more, and just see strange bickering. They can’t imagine people are paid to do that, which is understandable, not how lucrative it is, it seems so incredibly immoral and literally wicked. People can’t comprehend the nature of such wickedness right in front of them claiming to be virtuous and advocating for shareholders. They presume there must be something, unfortunately.

I hope the company funds all of the most incriminating materials and lights the match that eventually burns some of these parties to the ground. That result will only help the equity markets. If people are openly skimming and gaming the markets while pretending they are fair, I hope that is rooted out, root and branch, not necessarily by NWBO, but if they get deep evidence, that it triggers much more thorough prosecution and regulatory reform. We can’t let bad actors openly game our markets in the manner suggested by recent news, so that they literally always win.

If you had to pick an individual based on experience to lead NWBO, Linda and more importantly her background, would check all the boxes. She has my full support.

Wont happen. Ms. Posner knows the landscape and I am 100% sure she knows the risk of the courtroom and all the technical aspects as it relates to this risk. This suit will be settled just like the other 99% of suits of this type/kind. The question is: What will be dollar amount?

Everyone wants to see Griffin and Cifu and the rest of the scum in jail, AND we can accept a billion+ settlement now and let the DOJ arrest the bastards and take care of that aspect of the punishment. Northwest is the financial/civil hammer. The DOJ is the criminal crusher!!!

Can you imagine how Griffin and Cifu will be received by the inmate population!!!

Cheers,
