Minute 2:30 the Commish addresses a question re the impasse by the commission regarding the certificate votes or lack thereof. Attached after the video is the joint statement he references between himself and Commish Christy. It seems to be only for C-8 so not sure how that impacted other Certificates that were presented.
Following for those interested are the sunshine notices and summaries for July and September's meetings.
6 Certs were omitted from the July meeting and one, C-9, was added the day before the actual meeting supporting that FERC can add or delete at last minute. Only C 4,8 & 9 were addressed in July.
In this past September's meeting 4 of the 6 omitted in July were addressed. Two were not. Imagine if you were one of those two and you were posted for July, then omitted and then passed over again in September. Maybe these omissions happen more frequently than we know. I don't pay attention to Sunshine Notices unless Delfin is pending.
We have no way of knowing how many Certificates are pending along with Delfin. We know of two referenced above but beyond that we just wait and hope for October's announcement of items that will be addressed circa October 12th for the October 19th Open meeting.
