First off $450 million should be the minimum starting value. The idea being is that once the two companies get the money they need they will produce and expand increasing shareholder value beyond what any one here can likely comprehend. Yes, there is a chance it won’t work out, but I believe there is a better chance than not. As far as small investors I think there are many. I think the success of the conspiracy makers is that they can play on the emotions of the small investors. I believe that will be a lot more difficult for the conspiracy makers once the SAGA complete. And they know that. Which is why they have escalated their attacks on every recent advancement by ENZC or SAGA.
