My guess if you read between the lines that they want someone to come in they would bring a R/M in a lot more words "If we love your innovative business idea we have Stock Options to offer you to bring you directly onto the FUNR.ai Executive Staff as a CTO, CIO, CRO, CMO, VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development or we could make you an offer to be the President of your Division. If you become eligible to be part of the FUNR.ai Executive Team the Stock Option Grants given to you will range from 20,000 shares to 250,000 million shares depending on your level of expertise, and the overall value you bring to the FUNR organization and its Product suite"
