How about next time you talk with him, you ask him, "if the company were to win money in a lawsuit, where would that money go?"

I'm provoked easily to commentary so I only read less than 1st paragraph before I felt the need. I will read the rest tho. 1st, I'm curious to know why you would believe anything he might tell you about vplm, if that's the case, as I'm not necessarily assuming it is. For ex, maybe u just want to see how he handles your questions, and then draw you conclusions which don't necessarily include believing him. The reason I ask is to me an IR person is nothing more than a paid mouthpiece and since as far as I know he's never mouthpieced for any winning companies, just scammy losers or so I've been told. I mean if he's the mouthpiece for the company, he's not independant and is inherently majorly biased if he wants his paycheck and keep his jobless, no? And I know from past history, if he strays at all from the party line, if you will, he gets shut down by vplm.

The other thing......and ironically, I think it helps make the point above (and again, this is before I even have gotten past 1st couple lines...), is where the hell does he get off saying the massive unprecedented insider selling doesn't have an effect on the pps......A...N...D.....that the reason instead is a lack of what his job is supposed to be a good part of, ie, GETTING INFO OUT TO US PEASANTS!! I think it's absolutely ludicrous to think such massive selling is not affecting the price in various ways. I think that's elementary. It seems like basic economics to me?? And if Investor Relations does not equate to getting news out to shareholders, then I'll be an uncles monkey...

I'll be back for more of my fair share of abuse....lol

The next thing I'd like to add is.....

Good for you for explaining to him, the way it looks and the way it works on the pps...........YOU MUST HAVE FELT A LITTLE STRANGE TO IRONICALLY HAVE TO TO GIVE THE "IR GUY" THE INFO AND THE FACTS WHEN IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!...............AND WHICH ALSO SERVES TO BOLSTER MY PREVIOUS COMMENTS ABOUT WHAT REASON IS THERE ACTUALLY, FOR BELIEVING A WORD HE SAYS??............WHICH APPARENTLY HAS ANSWERED ITSELF AFTER RELAYING YOUR QUESTIONS AND HIS LAME ANSWER.

You prolly don't feel comfortable directly agreeing with that... If so, I understand not wanting to burn bridges with inYA pockets INZA, but after that exchange, how much value do you feel that bridge is worth?

By the way, did you happen to ask why, since he told us there definitely WAS a settlement with Amazon....why it was not, as is required, any mention or details in the 8k or 10Q. I posted the rules here from the sec that one or the other should have been filed. The announcement of the settlement was, I believe, made around 5/1, thus should have been filed and seen in the subsequent quarterly or within 4 days in an 8k. How come vplm ALWAYS GETS TO SLIDE ON THOSE THINGS?

ISN'T THAT SPECIAL?

If your long term belief is that there will be some kind of settlement in the $.20 to .$50 range or possibly higher, why does anyone care about anyone selling at a price below that? If you are a long term believer, that should represent an opportunity to buy at a lower price. There are at least two different games going on here; a short game that requires hyped up news to keep things churning and make quick short term trades, and a long game that believes that we are waiting on a binary event that will establish a solid company valuation that will be very minimally affected by sales volume.
