I am not saying it will be a bad thing long term. The end result will all be based on the trial results or settlements.

But I believe the insider sales are 100% having an impact on the price. Anyone that disputes that is crazy.

from 5/17 to 9/15 the total volume traded was 247,843,661
Barbara's sales totaled 19,546,715

So 7.9% of the volume was from Barbara. If one party is selling that % of the volume is will have a big impact on the price.

But again. In the end it may not matter at all. The final price will all be based on settlements and trials.
However, we know that the settlement likely would not happen until Feb at the earliest. Barbara will sell at least 15 million more shares during that period.
