PRmaniac, you fail to take into account that the company is on the verge of announcing a merger/acquisition that will most likely, and dramatically, improve the companys assets, revenue, and opperating income potential. The increase of the authorized shares recently from 500m to 3b made room for such a merger/acquisition. That's not dilution. It's called growth and it's about to happen.
You also failed to mention that only 3.6m shares of the 1.4 outstanding shares is non restricted. As a result of the float being very small, a positive news event would undoubtedly have a parabolic effect on the price of the stock.
You further failed to mention that the promissory note holder has no history of excessive/abusive conversion of debt for $AAPJ. Once the merger/acquisition is completed, and the pps is reflecting the new true value of the company, any future conversions would require much less amount of shares.
Conclusion, everything hinges on the merger/Acquisition... At the current pps this investment favors more reward then risk.
