I really don't care whether it's a buy or a sell. It is what it is and either way, a 1.1M tick trade I would have posted as I find it particularly noticeable.

Maybe it's a short trade acquired on an uptick.
Maybe someone loaded and the trade listed as sell volume is incorrect.
How have you determined it was a buy?
Someone positioning themselves for big news? What's the news? Maybe they dumped knowing the coming big news.
I figure it's likely Xeriant diluting. If so, Duffy's Xeriant dilution stream just had the faucet turned open quite a lot.
