Or it was our market makers loading up to handle an expected surge up - in price and volume. It's been going on for a week. Volume has doubled the average since the press release. They didn't allow that release to move the stock up . They had to smother any enthusiasm because they knew they had to collect shares (hopefully at the lowest price possible - which they achieved).to handle the run-up that they seem to see is coming.
