HDVY has been a story of mismanagement and corporate greed since day 1 unfortunately.

If Intel didn't infringe, the case would simply be closed long time ago. Why so many fights, IPRs, time lost etc... They could just demonstrate they don't use it. Still waiting for an explanation.
