I’m partly glad they are alive. I’m also partly skeptical because MOUs and LOIs are typically a bunch of BS down here in OTC land. That said, I’m curious where this goes, and I’m optimistic to a fault. Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t the recently departed BOD guy Cox have some ties to luxury vehicle world previously? I remember seeing that in my DD. I’d like to see a change of control to new owners and a transfer of a ton of restricted shares over, then CANCEL THEM ALL. That’s how this thing could relly move imho. Perhaps the principals of this new app co. “Dealerflux”… are waiting in the wings so to speak. Wonder who that is. Maybe we’ll find out.
