The sales contracts are "pending" -- which generally would mean that terms have been agreed to by both parties and the signing is simply "pending" the successful completion of testing. Don't forget, the NNC deal was originally outlined in a LOI -- and NNC has already publicly stated their intention of using NexBoards in their 25,000-home housing development in Africa.
