I thought this part was already funded as they are in the middle of this Project: the African injections: "....to be primarily used by BGEN and VIRO to pay transaction-related expenses and fund the clinical trials of ITV-1....."

As to the rest of allocation of SAGA funding, when is "production of fully human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)", much less their clinical trials, supposed to begin?

And when are the "PIPE" investors to begin investing?

Any ideas of this?
