It maybe classified under CAT, but its not normal turbulence. Based on this description, it sounds like it could be connected to the magnetic reconnection events that Dr Solis talks about on his paper to NASA.

Wind shear, a difference in relative speed between two adjacent air masses, can produce vortices, and when of sufficient degree, the air will tend to move chaotically.[7]

A strong anticyclone vortex can also lead to CAT.[8]

Gaps in the geomagnetic field allow increased cosmic frigid temperatures into the atmosphere, resulting in heat/cold atmospheric differentials, increased winds, and increased isarithmic lines.
Vortices appear in regions where they are not expected.

I suspect that there are more vortices appearing during magnetic reconnection events caused by the transfer of cosmic cold into the thermosphere leading to greater differentials that Dr Solis talks about. So while technically what Mr Mcconaughey experienced was CAT, it was not the normal CAT that occurs and its a phenomenon that'll get worse as the earths magnetic field continues to weaken.

Its odd that youd claim I havent shown that EMI is causing Teslas to go out of control when I've posted alot of evidence that indicates it. But then you're not a real Tesla bear are you? You're just someone playing a part for social media...connected to the military.
