I'd take either partner ($1 billion cash plus percentage) or NDA. Missling has always said approval ("NDA") before partner, so what you are suggesting goes against Missling canon. Just get something done already.

Anyone have a rational explanation for this (looks like) massive collapse? Is it REALLY good news in some kind of trick disguise? or An indication the real bottom fell out of AVXL? Confusing me. Who gains by this selling??? Is this just some kind of WS trickery????...seriously
