Why would the articles need to be amended to cancel the shares? The result of the liquidation renders them worthless forever. That’s what happens when an insolvent company (BioAmber Inc where the shares are) is liquidated selling off all of its assets (save and except for the cash, AR, inventory and some office furniture located in the Us) for $4.34 mil when they owed over $80 mil to their creditors. All of the creditors of FKA BioAmber are in fact to this day impaired. That in and of itself rendered the shares worthless.
That will never happen because the so called Real Pirate is a fraud and a blow hard! This is a narcissist of epic proportions! That dweeb is a lightweight that wouldn’t last one round in the ring! In fact there are several keyboard warriors on here that are totally useless and should just bury their heads in the sand! It’s amazing how they have to chime in so quickly and bang their chests into oblivion in order to prove their nonsensical bullshit!
The complete resolution already happened in November 2019 when PWC informed FINRA of the liquidations outcome. That outcome was FKA BioAmber selling off all of its assets for about $80 mil less than its debts leaving all of its creditors impaired. So FINRA suspended the cusip and deleted the ticker forever. Acceptance is not required by the FKA BioAmber shareholders the shares they hold will forever be worthless. That is the result like it or not. The only ones who think more is coming are the ones who got conned into buying the shares everyone else moved on. The end result of creditors and shareholders getting nothing is never going to change
