As for BioAmber shareholders, it does matter. So the conversation must and will continue indefinitely until a satisfactory and utterly complete resolution occurs. A satisfactory and complete resolution is one that requires zero mouthpieces to interpret or let us all know "what it means". For example, an amendment to articles which cancelled shares would be/or would have been one such scenario. However, this did not happen.
