Getting ready for Nasdaq takes years.. give him a call to discuss if you're concerned about the comment. Timing is everything with uplisting and it is still so far away at this point. Worrying about it now when it is so far off isn't something to be concerned about in my view.

Yah that is typically a big red flag. Fern did the same thing during the time moon market was pumping it heavily and look where it sits now.
