Agree and been on the same page as you since this SAGA deal was announced. Had Clone 3 remained with ENZC, I’d have been for this deal. But that’s not the case. You’ve explained why it’s basically a r/s in disguise many times and explained it well. If others don’t understand (or choose to play ignorant), so be it, they’ll understand eventually.
My perspective is that i’d rather have saga shares with the tech on nasdaq than some otc that will have a problem moving forward because of the exchange its on. The plan is nasdaq and it looks like its happening. Im not sure why you are down on the fact that the enzc ticker won’t be part of the main plan in the future. You aren’t seeing the vision imo.
