One more thing comes to mind spartex. Somebody like this doesn't join a company unless he sees it is going to be successful and has strong commercialization opportunities upcoming and soon. He is knowledgeable about materials and photonics in general so he has a very clear understanding of where LWLG is and where it is going. With his credentials he could have gone to any number of other companies in the industry but he chose Lightwave.

Excellent point spartex, and the fact that he was willing to walk away from Seagate for Lightwave speaks volumes!!! Think about it...;)
