Do you mean this Next New Concept Inc. that filed a SEC Form D 7 months ago? Which BTW is months AFTER the XERI announcement of their collaboration. A company started in 2019 that has NO REVENUE, a residential address, and a related person that probably lives down the street from Duffy. BTW shows no capital raised at time of filing. This is the company on the verge of a $250 mil building contract. LOLOL
