I think you are failing to see the size of the move compared to what the PR was supposed to mean. If it pointed toward approval it would have been a huge gap up. It was a trade move and nothing more. People who got in at 7.57 to 7.80 all trying to make a quick buck. Regardless of the other indexes...it was a fizzle more than a burst.
