100% agree. The CE should not still be assigned, end of story. The company has done everything to get it removed.

The next step is to seek relief and a uplist to other exchanges. The OTC is wrong in this instance. Thanks.

Any long term penny stock peeps truly know shorting penny stocks is a HUGE game played by the OTCM with their Brokers/MMs! For that to be denied has ZERO credibility and very obvious reason for any denies -- TEAM SHORT! The stock market corruption and worse in the OTCM-Wild-Wild-West is just off the charts bad, and has been proven by History!

I would love to see Dr. J/Team TXTM tell the OTCM go pound sand near-future and go to NASD or NYSE! The 15M seeds contribution TRUE VALUE with conservative number of ecosystem value = $300M!
