This is a PERFECT tool to be used in if not an illegal manner, definitely and unethical one to protect other entities from damages like shorts.

Any long term penny stock peeps truly know shorting penny stocks is a HUGE game played by the OTCM with their Brokers/MMs! For that to be denied has ZERO credibility and very obvious reason for any denies -- TEAM SHORT! The stock market corruption and worse in the OTCM-Wild-Wild-West is just off the charts bad, and has been proven by History!

I would love to see Dr. J/Team TXTM tell the OTCM go pound sand near-future and go to NASD or NYSE! The 15M seeds contribution TRUE VALUE with conservative number of ecosystem value = $300M!
