Sales would be even higher if Tesla had more repeat customers.

If Tesla owners weren't so dissatisfied with the CEO and the brand's image, they'd have bought another.

A large percentage of Tesla owners (nearly 20%) were also dissatisfied with the quality or service.

Best-selling doesn't automatically translate to best-quality.
