There was a whole lot of reorganizing and rearranging that took place. Based on the filing, it seems they have more things to do. Exod Inc., as stated in filing, is supposed to be dissolved soon, as part of the merger process.
The reverse capitalization section of the filing was interesting.
As we understand, EMPM was a subsidiary of Saean Inc. - And I don't see where that ever changed. Saean regained control of EMPM via Court victory. Saean never dissolved EMPM, and became private after revocation. Revocations are easily reinstated, unless permanently revoked, which is not the case.
I suppose EMPM (if it even is EMPM anymore) could possibly be saved for something else. After all, Dr. Lee owns at least 64% of this, compared to owning around 20% of Saean Group. Maybe he would like to have majority ownership of something, and this is it? Just a thought...
This is all conjecture and opinion on my part. I have no idea what will happen with this entity, or if it's even part of the equation any more. - But I don't see anything that says this is over either. -Still waiting to see what is, and what isn't...
