It's back in January, with the mandate. It's far too late to matter now........................unless you have 5 yrs. to wait for a new one to catch market share. There's a reason why this number of Certified is still at 96. It's called a crowded market now. And everyone who met the deadline, has one. And I also bet, that most who found that they didn't like the one they bought, has had time to find a different model.
