It’s hard to believe we are still hoping that December 23 will bring what last December 22 was supposed to. I’m glad to have a tweet, but “initiate formation” means zero to anyone. If you have filed, say filed. If you have only made a decision just say that we have decided to file for two subs. People are easily reading through words that mean nothing nowadays.
