Press releases are usually paid services. Sometimes companies who receive the press releases do not verify the sources of the information that they receive. I'm not saying that the CRPG press release was false, it just hasn't been corroborated anywhere else that would lead one to believe that its reliable information. Press releases can be generated by anyone, and you have to take it with a grain of salt especially when dealing with the OTC. CRGP also has a slew of nefarious characters embedded with in its history, so you must be careful. I would always lean towards towards FINRA, SEC and OTC in terms of reliability even though they have screwed up in the past.

That press release came in as a deus ex machina. Almost too good to be true. Nothing since, they didn't even file their annual filings with the state of Nevada. They are currently revoked, and you think they actually filed anything with the SEC or OTC?

Also it says the release was from Clement Lockwood, I felt that was proof of the falseness of the press release. They didn't do a press release about this person taking control of the company, but they release a press release with this person signature on it (AMAZING and LAUGHABLE).

There is no searchable person with this name anywhere in the internet, yet they are the CEO of a company with (Millions in assets).

Another user pointed out that there is a law firm in California with two different business lawyers with the name Clement and other named Lockwood. The coincidence is insane.

Yea I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I believe the press release was sent out with the purpose of misleading the shareholders.
